PROFILE

Cristina Poblador provides legal services in immigration, asylum and social law, with a particular focus on administrative coercive measures. With a background in the Ministry of Integration and at the Chamber of Advocates, Cristina has in-depth knowledge of the authorities' procedures in these areas and has conducted a large number of court cases in this area. Cristina also has a good knowledge of EU law, international law and human rights. She holds an LLM in international law and has taught international law and human rights at the University of Copenhagen for several years.
