PROFILE
Bjørn Dilou Jacobsen is a lawyer with extensive experience in immigration law, particularly in relation to asylum, family reunification as well as work and residence permits. He also has experience in family law, particularly in relation to custody, visitation rights and residence cases. Through his human rights background and his research on anti-discrimination law, he has considerable experience with national and international human rights cases. He has written several articles and is co-author on the main publication in Denmark on immigration law ('Udlændingeret'). He gives courses to lawyers and judges on immigration law, and has previosuly taught International Law and Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen.
