PROFILE
Bjørn Dilou Jacobsen is a lawyer with extensive experience in immigration law, particularly in relation to asylum, family reunification and work and residence permits. He also has experience in family law, particularly in relation to custody, visitation rights and residence cases. Through his human rights background and research in anti-discrimination, he also has considerable experience in national and international human rights cases. He has written numerous articles and is co-author of the latest edition of 'Udlændningeret' and contributes to Karnov's legal commentary to the Danish Aliens Act. He regularly teaches courses on immigration law, and has previously taught courses on 'International Law' and administrative law at the University of Copenhagen. He has been appointed by the international network of independent lawyers MigNet as a country expert in immigration law.
